1. Learn the business fast. the faster you will learn, the faster you will earn. My mentor used to tell me to invest a lot of time studying and doing the business, the best teacher is experienced not really your upline, not your mentor not even me. The best teacher is an experience. We are leaders and top earners now because we have experienced a lot of ups and downs but here we are standing proud and happy with all our results because we kept going.
2. Don’t just be good at this business; your goal is to be an expert. People will not buy your story or your business if they see that you don't know what you are talking about. if they ask you something about the product or the company and you don’t know how to answer it properly, they will automatically turn you down. So be an expert.
4. Don’t just invite or refer people, bring in mobs of people. Don’t settle for 1 or 2 people that you will bring in an OPP or business presentation. Bring in 5,8 or maybe even 10 everyday. AIM Global is like a game, play this right and you are sure to win. Attack this business with a Numbers Game mindset. The more people you will invite, refer and bring to our office, the more income and profit you will get. Your results will come based on your actions.
5. Have a goal. you should have a short term and a long term goal and be 100% crazy about your goals. For example, your short term goal is to buy a new and good smartphone so you can take pictures. Your long term goal can be your first brand new car. Remember it should have a deadline or a time of target. A dream with a deadline become a goal.
6. Don't just talk or invite people in our business presentations, you have to make sure also that you close the deal. Leaders know how to turn a negative situation into a positive situation. If your clients have negative thoughts or concerns or objections, be happy and smile because that means your client is analyzing the business. What is difficult to handle is if your client is not saying anything. Remember objections and concerns are signs that your client is interested in.
7. Learn how to turn negative concerns and objections into positive
You know, in this business, people will tell you a lot of negative things, discouragements, concerns, objections and issues. The truth is they just want to test you if you really know the business that you are doing and if you are able to fight for it and defend it. Because if they are joining this, they are joining and trusting you more than they are trusting the company. You are his business partner, nobody wants to be partners with somebody who does not know the business he is doing. Nobody wants to be partners with somebody who cannot fight and defend the business he is doing.
What you need to do is to turn all those negative concerns, objections, issues into positive. If not then you are not giving them enough reason to join.
Remove the mindset that even if you are slow it is ok for as long as you will not quit. That is not true because time is not on your side. Do and give your best while you are starting because your network or business will not grow big if you will not push yourself to your limits. A plane will not take off from the ground if the pilot will not push the engine to its limit or if it will not go on full throttle. Nothing different with business, you need to go all out in order for you to be successful.
