FEAR AND DOUBT
FEAR meaning is False Evidence Appearing Real and that is normal for everybody. But, in AIM Global, you must learn how to conquer your fear. The fear of rejection is the common reason why you afraid to offer the business to your prospects. You are afraid to get rejected and receive NO when you offered the business to a friend. You are afraid that your prospects won’t believe and laugh at you. You should understand that this business is a rejection of business. You need to get used to it because when people would say no, that doesn’t mean they don’t like you, it means they are not yet ready for the opportunity to just move on. In order for you to lessen the fear, you need to learn the business very well so you are confident to share the business with your prospects.
You also need to eliminate your doubt of not even 1 percent must stay in your mind. You have to believe that AIM Global can change your life. The company is already proven for already 11 years that you should not doubt whether or not you will become successful. AIM Global has already created 5,000+ people who are now successful and self-made millionaires. And this too can happen to you. Don’t doubt, believe and just do it!

There will be people who will not believe you but there will be people who will join you. Just keep sharing the business. ATTITUDE
Attitude is more important than skills and education. So then, what’s your attitude towards AIM Global business? Are you willing to learn from your upline or sponsor? In AIM Global, the high educational attainment is not a requirement so many who didn’t have a formal education have made it to success. What’s the secret? Learn the business as soon as possible. To learn the business, you can watch youtube videos or attend the seminars in the office.
The three pieces of training you need:
- OPP / Demo – Opportunity Plan Presentation and product demo. Learn this in order for you to have the confidence in sharing the business. The more you know, the higher the percentage that you will become successful.
- (NDO) New Distributors Orientation – Like this training, you have to become oriented of what you about to face and how you would handle it. When you know much about the NDO, you will have more motivation in doing the business.
- (ASAP) Alliance Success Achievement Program – AIM Global also trains distributors the skills needed. Attend this seminar to know more skills.
BELIEF
Believe in the company. Replace your doubt with belief because you will never become successful in AIM Global if you have a doubt of even 1%. AIM Global is not a new company but an established company that you can venture as a career. Have a 100% belief.
Believe in the products. AIM Global products have already created thousands of testimonies worldwide. Be confident in sharing the products to your prospects by first using them and make a personal testimony of its goodness.
Believe in your upline. AIM Global is a helping business. Listen and trust the advice of your upline because your success is also the success of your upline. Your upline wants your success. Always be thankful for your upline because, without them, you may not have known about AIM Global. Most importantly, respect your upline.
Believe in your downline. Help your downline grow both the left and the right group. Believe that your downline will become successful one day. Teach and guide them in the right way.
Believe in yourself. You are already a champion the moment that you were born. Believe that you can make it. Trust and love yourself. “The more you believed in yourself, the more you could trust yourself. The more you trust yourself, the less you compare yourself to others.”― Roy T. Bennett.
COMMITMENT
There are three levels of commitment.
- I will try.
- I will do my best.
- I will do the business whatever it takes!
Let’s talk about the 3rd part. Are you willing to do the business whatever it takes? That’s the best commitment that will ever make you become successful. Burn the bridges between you and the failure. Everyone wants to become successful but not everyone wants to take the hard work. Everyone wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die. Do you really want to become successful in AIM Global?

DISCOURAGEMENT
Do not entertain negative thoughts. We really cannot please everybody so no matter how good the opportunity we are offering, not everyone will believe and not everyone will be happy with what you are doing. You are the one who has seen the opportunity with AIM Global, don’t let anyone drive your life if they don’t pay your bills and send your kids to school. If they don’t give the good life a dream of you to your family, then don’t listen to negative people.
Avoid talking to dream stealers. They will do everything to see you down. Your downfall is what they are waiting to prove themselves that they are right and you are wrong. You can be friend with them but choose to whom you will hang out with. Birds of the same feather are the same birds. Your circle of friends tells who you are. Choose to listen to the people of the same goal as you are.
You can eliminate discouragement if you have attended the AIM Global NDO many times. Master the New distributor’s Orientation everytime you are being discouraged, attend it or go to your upline.
EXCITEMENT
When you are offering the business to your prospects, let them feel your excitement. They will feel more curiosity of what you are about to share when you are excited. Every day when you wake up, be excited as if something good will happen in your day. Don’t forget to give thanks for all the blessings.
FOCUS
This doesn’t mean to give up your job to make a focus. Many distributors are full-time in AIM Global business but are just fooling time. It is okay to start in the business while having a full-time job. In fact, most distributors started being employed including me. When the team started to take off and earning times two of the salary, then you can already resign to make it full-time. What actually needed to have a focus in the business is the full-time attitude.
Also, stick only to AIM Global. Don’t try to join or discover other MLM companies because you really cannot serve two masters at the same time. You cannot become a member of AIM Global and then with the other MLM company and it is also stated in AIM Global company policy. Just focus with AIM Global.
SKILLS
You don’t have to be great to start. You just need to start to be great. Skills can be learned as you do the business. Here are the important skills you have to learn.
- Make a prospect list – Think of all the people that you know and put them in a list. Also categorized them because some are busy and some have lots of time. I made a post about the Five (5) Fingers of Network Marketing that you can read for more details about prospecting.
- Invitation – Use the F.O.R.M. method to know what the person needs before you offer the business. Does the person need the product or interested in additional income?
F-Family – Don’t rush in to invite. Ask first about the family if how are they.
O-Occupation – Ask about the job. Sometimes they would say, work is not giving enough so, that’s the timing to offer the business.
R-Recreation – What makes him busy when no work.
M-Message – Finally, after your conversation, you can know what the person needs and you can adjust how you would invite the person. When inviting over the phone, make sure not to explain the business. Ask your prospect to see you over a cup of coffee to better talk about it. - Presentation – Classify your prospects. You can take your prospects to a business presentation in the office. You can also do One on One Presentation with you or with your upline. You can do house meeting presentation by gathering a few people in their place and you make the presentation.
- ABC Rule – You can find someone who is already successful in AIM Global and talk to your prospect for inspiration. You introduce the successful distributor to your prospect then your prospect will listen to the advice.
- Follow-up – After you presented the business or after your prospect has heard the presentation, make sure to make a follow-up within 48hours. The key is in the follow-up. Ask your prospect the date you will make a follow-up on them for the registration.
- Goal Setting – Make sure to make a goal and make it S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time Bound)

Have A Good Learning and Listening Attitude
Listen to your uplines if their success is what you want to achieve and be a good learner. Acting as if you already know everything will be your pitfall to your success in Network Marketing. You may be a professional in your field but if you want to become successful in Networking business, you have to humble down and listen to people who know more about this business than you and who are more successful than you. An ordinary people can become a millionaire and could be your upline or sponsor so if you are a professional and you think you know better than them, think again and empty your mind with knowledge not related to Networking business for you to have a GLLA. Remember that your successful upline can be earning more than what you do and do you think it is worth it to listen to them?
Learn the Business As Soon as Possible
You have to know what your business is about. Don’t feel empty when your prospects ask you about the business because you lack skills and the knowledge of what you actually do. Build your foundation by means of studying your business and absorb what is needed to be learned. Your confidence in talking to your prospects will come from the knowledge that you have. What are your products and the marketing plan? Have you mastered them and can explain very well? Do you have convincing power because you are confident of what you know? Take time to answer this with a yes for real. Miss to learn your business and your success will be unclear.
Teach Your Downlines
What will you teach is what you have learned. Do the learning first and share the knowledge that you have in your mind. Your group can be wasted if you don’t know what to teach them. Your ability to teach is also your ability to lead. A new blood in network marketing business probably has zero knowledge on how to become successful in this business and will just do things of what they think is right then eventually quit the following days. They need your guidance so have the ability to guide and teach your them.
Get Duplicated by Your People
Duplication is very important for all. However good you are doing this all by yourself is not a networking business (MLM) because the concept of MLM is Leverage–Your people are doing what you do and you are benefiting from it. Getting duplicated will start again on how you teach your downline. Show them what you do and they will copy you.

Delegate Tasks to your Downlines
If you miss this to do, you are also missing out to make your network marketing business easier. You can delegate if you get duplicated. A very good example is when you set up a business presentation on a big event, your downline must already know what to do and they have shared on the tasks. If you do the closing then one from your downlines should take the product presentation, another will do the marketing plan or the introduction of speakers. Do this all by you, it’s a very tiring business. Your group is not meant to expand aggressively.
Multiply
If you are duplicated and the tasks are delegated to your downlines then the result is your group will grow exponentially. Imagine if you have 5 downlines making 5 presentations same as you per day, how many pay-ins do you think you will have. Money in Network Marketing is when you multiply.
Network Building
Your Network is automatic when you learned the business, teach, get duplicated, delegated the tasks, and downline grows exponential. Your Big Network is Money that is why this business is called Network Marketing.

- Leverage – This is the very important technique to wealth. Multiplying your time and effort through others. In Networking business, you will need to build a team or a group of people wherein you can get paid for the work done by your group. If you have 1,000 thousand people in your right and the left sales group and each of them are giving 5 hours a day to the business, you will have 5,000 working hours in a day because their efforts are counted as your effort too.
Each person has 24 hours a day and that will be consumed to sleep, eat, work, bonding with the family, watching TV, etc. Many are working even more than 8 hours a day. If you are the only person working, and you are not leveraged, you are getting limited income too.

This means that if you are working on your own effort to get paid $100 and you got sick, all the $100 will be lost and you will not get paid for it because you have no effort exerted. But, if 100 people are working including you to get paid with $100 and you got sick, you will still have $99 because 99 people are still working that are giving you $1 each. - Offers passive income – Because of the leverage concept in this business, achieving passive income is made possible. You can get paid even you are not exerting effort. The passive income will be achieved once you already built a team or your group and there is an effort to exert to do that. When I was still working in a call centre company, it was “No Work, No Pay”. What I loved in this business is you don’t have to work all the rest of your life. The effort you will exert is worth it to its reward which is the passive income.
- Low start-up cost – Basically, the concept of the traditional business is “BIG Business capital to get BIG profits too”. But in this business, you can start even with small business capital and yet the potential income is really high enough to give someone the time and financial freedom. No other business that I know where you can earn up to 640 USD per day with a minimum capital of just 260 USD in a single account. Let me stress out this again, the big potential income will happen if you will take the business seriously. The start is the hardest part but as time goes on, it becomes easy as you exert lesser effort while the income is growing.
- International Business – This business is working globally. The use of the internet is even making it easy to market the business worldwide. Unlike when you started a small business in your community, the market will be limited to the area that reaches your business place unless you take it online. But, I cannot think of any other business where you can go globally with just a small or minimum capital. Doing this business, I already have business partners in Dubai, Kuwait, Taiwan, Hongkong, Papua New Guinea, Nigeria, Ghana, Malaysia, Brunie and more. I’ve built my business in other countries without having to be there personally.

But when you want time and financial freedom together, that may be hard if you are in the “No Work, No Pay” or also called as active income. When you stop working, the income also stops because what you are actually selling is your time and effort to the company where you are employed and they pay for that. Nothing is bad in that system. I was once also employed and I am so thankful for the many things I’ve learned. In this business, you will be investing time and effort too. Your income will start very small, but as your group grows, your income also grows until the money comes just very easy as you also have plenty of time to enjoy it.
