1. Get your omega-3s.

Many Papua New Guineans don’t know about the cost of cancer treatment until one member gets sick.
The diagnosis alone is problematic. In rural districts and outstations, many community health workers are not equipped with the awareness which would trigger a referral to a major hospital.
But that is just one problem.
Take, for example, a place like Baindoang in the Nawaeb District of Morobe province. It is only accessible by plane. A young mum with the early stages of cervical or breast cancer will not be able to get the proper diagnosis until the disease is in its late stages.
If the community decides to send her to Lae, they will have to raise at least K2000 for airfares and treatment in Lae City. It is big money for a village community. There is no certainty of the time it will take for them to remain in the city. I’ve come across wives separated from their husbands and children for weeks and months.
Many give up and die lonely deaths surrounded by strangers who become family.
Many are left with no means of talking with their families either because of the lack of mobile network coverage or no means of buying a plane ticket back home.
There are unclaimed bodies at the Angau hospital morgue. Some came from remote outstations.
For urban families, access to health care is relatively better. But still not good enough. One person sent me a message on Facebook telling me how his sister died while waiting for the test results of tissue samples that had been sent to Port Moresby.
When the tests are positive for cancer and the radiotherapy option is suggested, the families will have to start rising upwards of K150,000 if the treatment venue is in the Philippines or Australia. It takes a lot of families and whole communities to raise that money.
If your family has a good number of siblings, aunts and uncles who are in formal employment, the burden is relatively easier. If not, a public appeal is put out. Old school friends, colleagues or sports club teammates come to help raise funds.
The money is used for airfares, passports, accommodation, food and treatment.
Today, I learned that a CT scan used for cancer detection costs an average of K4000 at private hospitals for one session. How many families can pay K4000 without even remotely thinking of the cost burden?
In Papua New Guinea, palliative care – the process of making a cancer sufferer comfortable in his or her last days through medication – is almost nonexistent in the public health system.
Traditionally, that part of care is done by the family. But with the breakdown of family structures, care is heavily reliant on the family’s financial resources.
Also today, I learned that a pack of four vials of morphine costs K100. For a cancer patient, the family needs to spend K100 a day to ensure some level of comfort for their loved one. That’s K700 a week, K1400 a fortnight and K2800 a month.
I’ve been told more than once by health authorities not to ‘sensationalize’ the cancer treatment problem because it affects a relatively small number of people compare to HIV, TB, typhoid and malaria.
My point has always been that cancer is not only a health burden, but it is also an economic and financial burden that affects much more than just the patient.

Your income will always be equal to your knowledge about the business. If your income or commission is big, it also means you have big knowledge about the business. If your income or commission is low, it also means you have low knowledge about the business.
4. Don’t just invite or refer people, bring in mobs of people. Don’t settle for 1 or 2 people that you will bring in an OPP or business presentation. Bring in 5,8 or maybe even 10 everyday. AIM Global is like a game, play this right and you are sure to win. Attack this business with a Numbers Game mindset. The more people you will invite, refer and bring to our office, the more income and profit you will get. Your results will come based on your actions.

FEAR AND DOUBT
FEAR meaning is False Evidence Appearing Real and that is normal for everybody. But, in AIM Global, you must learn how to conquer your fear. The fear of rejection is the common reason why you afraid to offer the business to your prospects. You are afraid to get rejected and receive NO when you offered the business to a friend. You are afraid that your prospects won’t believe and laugh at you. You should understand that this business is a rejection of business. DISCOURAGEMENT
Do not entertain negative thoughts. We really cannot please everybody so no matter how good the opportunity we are offering, not everyone will believe and not everyone will be happy with what you are doing. You are the one who has seen the opportunity with AIM Global, don’t let anyone drive your life if they don’t pay your bills and send your kids to school. If they don’t give the good life a dream of you to your family, then don’t listen to negative people.
Avoid talking to dream stealers. They will do everything to see you down. Your downfall is what they are waiting to prove themselves that they are right and you are wrong. You can be friend with them but choose to whom you will hang out with. Birds of the same feather are the same birds. Your circle of friends tells who you are. Choose to listen to the people of the same goal as you are.
You can eliminate discouragement if you have attended the AIM Global NDO many times. Master the New distributor’s Orientation every time you are being discouraged, attend it or go to your upline.
EXCITEMENT
When you are offering the business to your prospects, let them feel your excitement. They will feel more curiosity about what you are about to share when you are excited. Every day when you wake up, be excited as if something good will happen in your day. Don’t forget to give thanks for all the blessings.
FOCUS
This doesn’t mean to give up your job to make a focus. Many distributors are full-time in AIM Global business but are just fooling time. It is okay to start in the business while having a full-time job. In fact, most distributors started being employed including me. When the team started to take off and earning times two of the salary, then you can already resign to make it full-time. What actually needed to have a focus in the business is the full-time attitude.
Also, stick only to AIM Global. Don’t try to join or discover other MLM companies because you really cannot serve two masters at the same time. You cannot become a member of AIM Global and then with the other MLM company and it is also stated in AIM Global company policy. Just focus on AIM Global.
SKILLS
You don’t have to be great to start. You just need to start to be great. Skills can be learned as you do the business. Here are the important skills you have to learn.
Make a prospect list – Think of all the people that you know and put them in a list. Also categorized them because some are busy and some have lots of time. I made a post about the Five (5) Fingers of Network Marketing that you can read for more details about prospecting.
Invitation – Use the F.O.R.M. method to know what the person needs before you offer the business. Does the person need the product or interested in additional income?
F-Family – Don’t rush in to invite. Ask first about the family if how are they.
O-Occupation – Ask about the job. Sometimes they would say, work is not giving enough so, that’s the timing to offer the business.
R-Recreation – What makes him busy when no work.
M-Message – Finally, after your conversation, you can know what the person needs and you can adjust how you would invite the person. When inviting over the phone, make sure not to explain the business. Ask your prospect to see you over a cup of coffee to better talk about it.
Presentation – Classify your prospects. You can take your prospects to a business presentation in the office. You can also do One on One Presentation with you or with your upline. You can do a house meeting presentation by gathering a few people in their place and you make the presentation.
ABC Rule – You can find someone who is already successful in AIM Global and talk to your prospect for inspiration. You introduce the successful distributor to your prospect then your prospect will listen to the advice.
Follow-up – After you presented the business or after your prospect has heard the presentation, make sure to make a follow-up within 48hours. The key is in the follow-up. Ask your prospect the date you will make a follow-up on them for the registration.
Goal Setting – Make sure to make a goal and make it S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time Bound)

6 SIMPLE STEPS TO CLOSE
You’ve sat down with your prospect, shared your story, and presented your opportunity, now what? How are you going to close so that you have the best chance of getting your prospect to sign up?
I have a simple closing methodology that works in every company and country, with every age group and gender. And it consists of only 6 questions.
#1 What Did You Like Best?
At the end of every exposure, the worst question you could ask is “What did you think?” Asking what your prospect thinks invites the critic. They begin to think of how they could critique your presentation, and they come up with negative thoughts.
Instead, if you ask “What did you like best?”, you’ll get completely different answers. This question invites positive thoughts. In fact, their answers will give you clues as to their level of interest. If they really liked the product, that’ll guide you in a particular direction as you go forward. Or if they like the residual income, flexibility, or the people, then you’ll know to focus on those things.
#2 On a Scale of 1 to 10…?
Ask your prospects, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being “Not at All” and 10 being “Ready to Go,” how interested are you right now in this opportunity?
Again, this will help you gauge their level of interest, and how much more help they might need to make a decision. You will get a lot of 6s, 7s, and 8s. And that’s great. But what if someone says 2? That’s still not bad! You will have a lot of work to build them up to a higher number, but 2 still indicates that they have some level of interest. They might just need more than one exposure to get them ready. Just ask them, what can I do to help you get to a higher number? Their answer will help you identify what’s the best follow-up you can use to set up the next exposure. Remember, anything over 1 is good.
#3 How Much Money?
Now we start asking hypothetical questions. Based on what you’ve just seen, if you were to get started with this company on a part-time basis, approximately how much would you need to earn per month in order to make this worth your time?
You just ask them what level of income would be interesting for them. Don’t tell them what they could make. Listen to find out what they would want, what their dream would be.
#4 How Many Hours?
Approximately how many hours could you commit each week to develop that kind of income?
Again, you are listening to see what they would be willing to do, not what you would suggest.
#5 How Many Months?
How many months would you work those kinds of hours in order to develop that kind of income?
Find out how much time their willing to invest to get to the level they want to be.
#6 If I, Would You?
If I could show you how to develop an income of (their answer to #3) per month, working (their answer to #4) hours a week over the course of (their answer to #5) months, would you be ready to get started?
All you are doing is asking them what their dream is and then if you could give them their dream, would they take it? Most people will respond positively. I mean, who wouldn’t want to reach their dreams?
