Before the flood in the time of Noah in the Old Testament time, the people can live for more than a hundred years. One of the oldest person who ever lived in this world was Methuselah who died at the age of 969 years (See Genesis 5:27). But because of sin little by little the life span of the man became shorter and shorter (See Genesis 6:3). In the time of Davind it was only three score and ten (1 score = 2o years) (See Psalm 90:10). Sin shortens our life.
Vises, pollution, and undisciplined lifestyle destroys our body and shortens our life. Little by little the free radicals inside our body are increasing and little by little this free radicals destroys our cells in the body that degenerative disease (Please Read the Article of Dr. Ray Strand About Cellular Nutrition). We have to take good care of our body because "Health is Wealth".
What we eat is not sufficient enough to give us a healthy life. We need a nutritional supplements and an anti-oxidants that will remove all the free radicals inside our body that will cause degenerative disease.
But the question is, how sure we are of the supplements that we are taking of? There are supplements that instead of decreasing the amounts of free radicals inside our body but it adds more free radicals. Please watch the video below that maybe one it is the supplement you are using.
